of experience in the business, I can guide you through the whole mortgage process from start to finish. Some
call me a “Jack of all Trades” because I know so much about all aspects of the real estate field.
My feeling is the better educated I am, the better off and educated my clients will be. My one and
only goal is to make sure that my clients are well taken care of!
I handle my business differently than most other loan officers. The majority of them will take your basic
information and will turn your loan application over to their loan processor, never to be heard from again. It’s
hard to know what’s going on with your loan and who to talk to. That’s if you can even reach a “live”
person or get a return phone call or email. Not with me! When you choose me to help
you, you get me and only me from start to finish! It is a personal experience when working with me. Not
only do I take your loan application, but I process and pre-underwrite your loan to make sure you know what you’re going
to get and what I will need from you ahead of time, not at the last minute. When your loan is fully approved,
I will draw your loan documents and set your loan up to fund. My service doesn’t end there.
I will keep you posted on market conditions and will let you know if I think you could benefit from refinancing your
home down the road to save money.
When it comes to giving my clients a Good Faith Estimate, what I give
you is what you get. No surprises! Any mortgage company or bank can give you an estimate,
but do you know that often costs at the closing are much higher than what the client had seen on the Good Faith Estimate?
The other problem that happens is that the client usually doesn’t get the program or the rate that they were
shown on the Good Faith Estimate and
it’s usually too late to do anything about it. They get you at the last minute and do the bait and
switch on you. With me, you are protected from bait and switch tactics. I am highly
committed to being the lender you can trust for life!
